Manchester, NH – September 27, 2004 – G4 Communications, a leading provider of secure, efficient high-speed enterprise data and voice solutions, today announced the availability of New Hampshire’s premier, next-generation Voice Service Solutions, a business-class suite of services that gives companies the option of accessing traditional phone services right at their computers.
G4, the largest Competitive Located Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in New Hampshire, is currently collocated in 30 Central Office (CO) locations throughout the state. With the addition of voice capabilities, G4 now offers a broad range of end-to-end voice and data service solutions to it growing customer base.
The proven technology behind G4’s Voice Service Solutions provides customers with a web-enabled feature that brings local, long-distance and toll-free dial tone into the next generation. G4’s service gives customers instant access to their telephone service at their computers. “We are finally able to offer our voice service customers the ability to access traditional telephone services like call-conferencing, caller ID and distinctive ringing right on their computers with a unique web-enabled application,” said Gent Cav,
G4 Founder and Chief Technology Officer. “Additionally, we’ve added several applications not currently available from any other vendor, including selective call forwarding and desktop voice mail access.”

G4’s feature-rich Voice Service Solutions integrates nearly 30 different options with customers’ desktop or portable computers. These features include a 900 Area Code Restriction (900 RST); Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR); Automatic Callback (AC); Call Forwarding Busy (CFBL), which enables a subscriber to forward incoming calls to another line when the subscriber’s line is busy; Call Waiting (CW) and Cancel Call Waiting; Caller ID (CID); Hot Line Feature (HL); List Management; Selective Call Acceptance (SCA) and Rejection (SCR); and Speed Dialing 30 (SPD30), which gives the subscriber 30 speed dialing numbers that can be managed by the system administrator.
