G4 acquires Eagle1st Internet dial-up subscribers
Manchester, NH, May 5, 2006. G4 Communications, New Hampshire's next generation telephone and Internet service provider (ISP) today announced that it will acquire the dial-up subscriber base of Eagle1st, an ISP based in Lincoln, NH. G4 will acquire subscribers served by Eagle1st and its brand.

Eagle1st customers will receive special offers and a welcome kit from G4 Communications. With G4's dial-up connections, consumers will receive fast, reliable service with the most access numbers in New Hampshire. The transition to G4 is expected to be completed in May and all current email addresses and dialup number will stay the same. G4 has been providing wholesale dialup and Internet services to Eagle1st during the past several years.
