• G4-Pots
  G4-Pots service lines are analog lines provisioned at a single voice channel level (DS-0) with the ability to originate and terminate voice traffic to the G4 local switch and the public switched networks. (Plain Old Telephone Service-POTS)
  POTS is the basic analog voice service that most individuals and companies are familiar with. When you order a POTS line, you get basic telephone service (i.e., the ability to call somebody and the ability to be called), and if needed, POTS lines can be ordered in conjunction with advanced features such as voicemail, Call Forwarding, Call Blocking, and caller ID, and more.
• G4-Centrex
  G4-Centrex service is the next most advanced telephone service offered. The service can be delivered to the customer's premises via either analog lines or digital lines. Centrex Service gives the customer the benefit of the features of a typical Key or PBX telephone system without having to purchase the switching equipment (KSU) associated with phone systems. It offers features like music-on-hold, voicemail, intercom dialing, call hold, call pickup, distributed call groups and 3-way conference/transfer.
  Centrex service is ideal for a small business that wants the features of a PBX or Key system but cannot afford the up-front cost to purchase a telephone system. You put a Centrex line on the desktop of every employee, and now each employee has his/her own number and can put people on hold (with music in some cases), transfer calls and conference third parties into calls.
  Centrex lines will generally cost a little more per month than POTS service, but the extra money is worth it considering all the advanced features you get. Centrex has the same scalability problem as POTS. As line quantities increase, you will reach a point where it makes sense to invest in a phone system and utilize T1 or PRI services.
• G4-VoiceData (T1.5)
  G4-VoiceData service provides either a single digital transmission link that has channels which are dedicated for voice and data applications, or multiple links where each link is dedicated for voice or data. The digital transmission link that is used for voice delivery purposes than converted to POTS service where the signalling is LoopStart. Data transmission can be terminated as either v.35 serial interface for router connectivity or standard ethernet with router capability.
• G4-Path (T1.5)
  G4-Path service provides a standard 1.544 Mbps digital transmission link (T1.5) that connects a customer's PBX or most key systems to a G4 central office switch. Each G4-Path T1.5 provides up to 24 voice channels and affordable trunk-side access to G4's local switch.
  G4-Path can also deliver dedicated data circuits for Internet or Wide Area Networking applications when requested.
  The G4-Path inbound local (DID*) option is an incoming calling capability that terminates all incoming DID local calls, including calls from other interexchange carriers (IXCs), at the client's private branch exchange (PBX).
• G4-PRI
  G4-PRI is a T1.5 digital trunking service that integrates the voice, video and switched data capabilities of ISDN PRI (Integrated Switched Digital Network Primary Rate Interface) technology over the same platform. G4-PRI offers full-featured local calling services. Businesses get the added benefit of deploying industry-standard ISDN PRI service for their voice, video and switched data needs. Calls can be dynamically routed across any of the channels on G4-PRI T1 facilities and are not restricted to a pre-defined set of channels.
